Fertility is a WHOLE body process, also involving lifestyle and environment. It only makes sense, therefore, to take the time to really understand what is going on in your situation that may be leading to your health issues and fertility struggles. And I'm talking about BOTH of you here! It takes two to tango, and although things may appear to be ok on the surface, it's good to take a deep dive to make sure nothing is being missed with your partner as well.

I feel the best way to do this is by working with both of you as a couple.

The time needed for an egg to fully mature, and for a new batch of sperm to be produced, is around 3 months.

This is why my packages are set for us to work together over an initial minimum period of 3 months. This also allows us the time to explore any avenues that need to be explored, and ensure that you have been supported as best as possible, in readiness for pregnancy and conceiving a healthy baby.

Advanced Support: 6 sessions

3 x monthly payments of £395

This programme is for those who may need a little more support, or investigation, to get to the root causes of your situation. It will bring together a collection of understanding and actionable steps, held within a personalised plan, that will allow you to feel supported, heard, and hopeful, putting you back in control. My experience of working within the IVF industry provides a greater level of support for those going through assisted fertility treatments.

Regular fortnightly accountability will ensure that you stay on track with the recommendations, working towards achieving your goal of a heathy pregnancy.

2 x 90 min initial sessions

5 x 45 min follow up sessions

1 x 15 min progress evaluation session

Unlimited access to me in between sessions through practice management software

This programme is for you if you want to have the ultimate personalised support and accountability to help you understand what your body needs to get you on that path to parenthood, and to keep you there so that you can make those positive changes.

Maybe your fertility journey so far has been a very long one, you may have experienced recurrent miscarriages or losses, or may have been given the label of 'unexplained infertility' and left to get on with it! Perhaps weight loss is a significant element for you to achieve in order to access fertility treatment. Through research, recommendations, and potentially testing, I'll provide thorough, evidence-based guidance on what you can do to optimise your body for conception, and I'll be there to hold your hand all the way.

If you're preparing for, or going through assisted fertility treatment, I'll be on hand to answer your questions, and provide support, when you need it. My extensive experience as an embryologist means that I have a deep understanding of what goes on with your eggs, sperm, and embryos, and will be able to help you understand the process more clearly.
