Sarah identified what I wanted to achieve and what my constraints were (mainly very little time to prepare food) and provided a very detailed breakdown of my current nutritional intake as compared to the recommended intake. Her suggestions how to make the desired shift were simple and easy, they are felt completely achievable and the recipes have been successfully incorporated into my repertoire.   Sarah's personalised approach, focusing intently on my goals, made me feel listened to and, therefore, I was really motivated to make a start on making the changes.
